As a Teammate - Mandarin Chinese / English, you will be the frontline support for customers, handling inquiries and resolving concerns through various communication channels. This role requires strong bilingual communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. 作為[中文 / 英文雙語專員],您將擔任第一線客服角色,透過多種溝通管道處理客戶諮詢並解決問題.此職位需要優秀的雙語溝通能力,細心的工作態度,以及以客戶為中心的服務精神.

What You'll Do 工作內容

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in Mandarin Chinese and English 透過電話,即時聊天或電子郵件,以中英文處理客戶諮詢
• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution 提供正確資訊,排除問題並確保即時解決
• Document interactions clearly and correctly in internal systems 在內部系統中清楚且正確地記錄互動內容
• Follow established processes while meeting quality and productivity standards 遵循既定流程,同時達成品質與效率標準
• Escalate complex issues appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction 適時回報與升級複雜問題,以確保客戶滿意度
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction 在每次互動中保持專業與同理心

What We're Looking For 應徵條件

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) 中英文流利(聽,說,讀,寫)
• At least high school graduate (college level preferred) 高中以上學歷(大專以上尤佳)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills 良好的溝通與問題解決能力
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems 具備基本電腦操作能力,能同時使用多個系統
• Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays 願意配合輪班制度(含週末及假日)
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required 具客服經驗者佳,無經驗亦可
