About the Role
As a Teammate - Korean / English , you will support customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in both Korean and English. This role is ideal for bilingual professionals who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and/or email in Korean and English
- Resolve customer concerns by following established workflows and quality standards
- Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues when necessary
- Meet productivity, quality, and attendance targets
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clarity in all communications
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
- At least high school graduate ; college level or degree is an advantage
- Strong communication and comprehension skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple tools
- Willingness to work rotational shifts , including weekends and holidays
- Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage, but not required
