About the Role
As a Teammate at TaskUs Taiwan, you will support our clients and customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and completing assigned operational tasks based on your designated role. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Roles may include (but are not limited to): Customer Support, Technical Support, Content Moderation, Back-Office Operations, and other related functions.
What You'll Do
• Handle customer or operational tasks via phone, chat, email, and/or internal systems
• Follow established workflows, policies, and quality standards
• Accurately document interactions, cases, or outputs in internal tools
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases when necessary
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance targets
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clarity in all communications
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve performance
What We're Looking For
• Good communication skills in English and/or other required languages (depending on role)
• At least high school graduate; college level or degree is an advantage
• Strong comprehension and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple tools
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Customer service, BPO, or related experience is an advantage, but not required
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different accounts and processes
