The TaskUs Wellness & Resiliency Program is a unique support service provided to our employees globally. We are looking for a Wellness & Resiliency Financial Lead to oversee financial aspects of this program for strategic accounts. This position will report to the Global Director for Wellness and Resiliency, Strategic Accounts.
The Financial Lead, Strategic Accounts is a critical, high-impact role responsible for serving as the primary fiscal partner for our strategic accounts and the Wellness Department. This position requires a highly independent and analytical thinker capable of marrying the operational needs of the department with the overarching financial health of the business. The core focus is to ensure fiscal responsibility by deeply understanding the cost of contractual compliance, building robust systems for regional spend tracking, and driving optimization initiatives. The Lead will be responsible for translating complex fiscal realities to the core Finance Department while maintaining strategic alignment across all business functions.

Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with site managers to assess real-time staffing needs, make strategic decisions regarding vendor staffing allocation, and manage the invoicing process for the department, fostering a data-driven approach to resource management and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor payments.
- Act as the dedicated finance liaison for the Global Wellness and Resiliency Strategic Accounts team, translating their operational goals into clear financial forecasts and reports.
- Deeply analyze, track, and report on the financial implications and costs associated with maintaining compliance for strategic contracts.
- Clearly articulate the cost of contractual adherence, fiscal performance, and optimization strategy to the core Finance Department and executive leadership.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and recommend opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in departmental spend, ensuring optimal fiscal performance.
- Design, build, and maintain independent tracking and reporting systems to analyze spending patterns and resource allocation across various geographic regions.
- Collaborate closely with Wellness, Compliance, Procurement, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure all financial planning and spending decisions are aligned with business and departmental strategies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of financial principles, cost accounting, and corporate policies to ensure departmental adherence and fiscal integrity.
- Utilize independent thought and advanced analytical skills to transform raw financial data into actionable recommendations that influence high-level business decisions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the TaskUs portfolio of Services, Solutions, and efforts, articulating these to the client during business reviews
- Tackle complex challenges in an ambiguous space and pursue new avenues of solutions or partnerships when appropriate
- Additional tasks/responsibilities as they arise, demonstrating adaptability, versatility, and a commitment to supporting the team and organization's evolving needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mental health with a focus on progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Cost Accounting, or a dedicated finance role supporting strategic business units or large accounts.
- Flexible work hours to support collaboration with stakeholders across geographical locations and time zones
- Deep, working knowledge of cost accounting principles, corporate budgeting, and financial forecasting methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to diverse, non-finance audiences and executive leadership.
- Proven track record of independent work, proactive problem-solving, and exercising sound judgment in making fiscal recommendations. The ability to refine or rebuild existing systems is key here.
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management, including contracts, managing invoicing
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Experience in financial modeling and reporting tools (such as Google Sheets) with proficiency in designing and implementing data tracking and analysis systems (e.g., using BI tools like Power BI).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with vendors, and internal stakeholders
