RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECÍFICAS
  • Monitorear en tiempo real el desempeño de los niveles de la cola (queue) y las variaciones respecto al pronóstico.
  • Informar cualquier variación significativa del pronóstico a las áreas de Operaciones y a la Gerencia de WFM (Workforce Management).
  • Proporcionar recomendaciones para abordar y responder a las desviaciones del pronóstico.
  • Supervisar la adherencia al horario a nivel de agente.
  • Informar cualquier incidencia significativa de adherencia a Operaciones y a la Gerencia de WFM de manera proactiva y urgente.
  • Analizar las variaciones del pronóstico y proyectar el impacto para el resto del día.
  • Recopilar y enviar informes intradiarios con precisión y puntualidad, incluyendo recomendaciones proactivas de acción.
  • Actualizar los horarios con la asistencia y las excepciones en tiempo real.
  • Aprobar o recomendar alternativas para las solicitudes de excepción de horario en tiempo real.
  • Otras funciones relacionadas según sea necesario.
